We assist with product development for our customers.
Entrust us with “Lower cost” or “RoHS directive compliant” product or prototype development. We also provide consultation for the improvement of or addition of functions to currently utilized products.
We use the know-how and skills obtained over many years and respond flexibly and quickly to OEM requirements with prototype developments that put into use electronics/electrical equipment, high voltage/high frequency and precision analog technologies.

Case 1: Torque controller for a screw tightening device.

- Up to 9 grades of torque configurable for: start of tightening → tightening of screw → retorquing.

Kyoshin Electric is a member company of the electronics manufacturing group “Kyoto Denki shisaku net” that was started with the aim of expanding Kyoto’s prototype industry. This group is composed of eight companies which excel in the small scale production of a wide variety of electronics and electronic equipment. Each member business demonstrates the capacity to quickly form product ideas, and contributions are made in various fields by manufacturers of prototypes and universities.
